Terms and Conditions
Last Updated: January 23, 2026
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of security services and access to the Thruster platform by Thruster Security, a trading name of Deimuth Group Ltd (Company Number: 16833592) ("Company", "We", "Us") to the client ("Client", "You"). By engaging our services or accessing our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services & Authorization
2.1 Services Provided: We provide Penetration Testing as a Service (PTaaS), Red Teaming as a Service (RTaaS), and Vulnerability Exposure Management via the Thruster platform and our Vulnerability Operation Centre (VOC).
2.2 Authorization to Test: You explicitly authorize Deimuth Group Ltd and its representatives to perform security testing, scanning, and simulated attacks against the IP addresses, domains, and applications you provide. You warrant that you own these assets or have express written permission from the owner to authorize such testing. You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from a lack of such authority.
3. Fees and Payment
3.1 Invoicing: Services are billed in advance on a Monthly, Quarterly, or Annual basis depending on your selected package.
3.2 Day Consumption Model: For managed services involving human testing days (Ignition, Orbit, Deep Space packages):
- Unused days in a quarter may be rolled over for up to 2 months.
- Days not used after the rollover period expire and are non-refundable.
3.3 Contract Terms: Minimum contract terms are 1 year unless otherwise stated in a specific Statement of Work (SOW). Early termination does not relieve the Client of the obligation to pay for the full contract term.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Thruster Platform: All rights, title, and interest in the Thruster platform software, algorithms, and underlying methodologies remain exclusively with Deimuth Group Ltd.
4.2 Deliverables: Upon full payment, you are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the vulnerability reports and findings for your internal business purposes and compliance needs.
5. Warranties and Liability
5.1 No Guarantee of Safety: Security testing is a point-in-time assessment. While we utilize industry-leading standards (including OWASP and MITRE ATT&CK), we cannot guarantee that every vulnerability will be discovered. A "clean" report does not guarantee immunity from future attacks.
5.2 Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for consequential damages, loss of profits, or business interruption.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
